It usually takes us 1-5 days to process orders. We aim to ship all items on-time, but in rare cases it can take longer. Any orders not received within 8 weeks qualify for a full-refund or reship
We provide free worldwide shipping for all orders above $100.
Please note - Heavy and Fragile items are subject to additional shipping charges that levied on a per product basis. These items are not eligible for Free Shipping over $100.

Made to order items like Moss Art and Wall Panels, and Furniture refunds are entitled exclusively to store credit.
There is a 5% cancellation fee to cover transaction processing costs that are not refunded to us by Shopify if we process a cancellation.
You can choose between a refund in store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
Articture does not cover the cost for return shipping. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.

As long as your product has not been submitted for fulfillment by us, we can cancel the order.
Once production has started, it is not possible to cancel items that are made to order. This policy applies to a variety of products. Our team is small and invests a significant amount of time and resources in producing and sourcing these items, making it difficult to cancel orders once production has commenced.
We often submit items for fulfillment within a few hours, so the faster you can let us know about the cancellation, the more likely we'll be able to do it.
If your order has been shipped, then you must follow our return policy in order to get refund once you receive your product. Our customer service team is on standby to help you out!
Articture operates in many countries around the world! We have multiple warehouses around the world. We have diffrent warehouses mainly in China.
